Sales Assist Bot for Teleforce
We designed and developed a Sales Assist bot for Teleforce to enhance their sales process. The bot provided real-time suggestions to salespeople during calls by analyzing live conversations. Using Asterisk technology, call audio was sent to AWS Speech-to-Text (Polly), then processed with ChatGPT using standard prompts. Validated suggestions were displayed live to the salesperson, helping them make informed decisions during calls.
- Conversation Summaries: Generated summaries from historic conversations to help salespeople tailor their pitch.
- Lead Scoring: Automatically scored leads based on predefined parameters.
